Services

Polish Theory provides mobile detailing services in Orange County and Los Angeles. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected add-ons. We require safe, legal access to your vehicle and a suitable service area; we may decline or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Bookings & Cancellations

Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-access appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Payment

Payment for one-time services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Replenish Membership Plans

Recurring billing & auto-renewal

Replenish plans are recurring and bill automatically each month (or on the cadence you select) until you cancel. For example, a Bi-Weekly plan is $296/month for 2 visits. Your plan auto-renews and the card on file is charged each cycle until cancelled. You give your express consent to these recurring charges at checkout through a required checkbox, and we retain a record of that consent. This complies with California's Automatic Renewal Law.

What's included / visits

Each plan includes a set number of visits per billing cycle at your chosen care level. No rollover: unused visits do not carry over to the next cycle and are forfeited if not used within the cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us by phone, text, or email — no hoops — and cancellation is honored promptly. When you cancel, we refund any visits you have paid for but not yet used in the current cycle, calculated per visit (for example, on a $296 / 2-visit plan, that's $148 per unused visit). Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and are visit-based, not time- or day-based. Visits already used in the cycle are non-refundable.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to retry the charge and notify you to update your payment method. Service and visits may be paused until payment is resolved.

Price changes

We may change plan pricing with advance notice before your next billing cycle. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Service scheduling & weather

Visits are scheduled with you based on availability. Because we provide mobile service, visits may need to be rescheduled for weather or availability. We'll work with you to reschedule any affected visit within your billing cycle.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue. Refunds, re-services, or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prepaid plan charges already rendered as completed visits are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing at any time.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Polish Theory, such as confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Personal Items & Vehicle Access

Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. Polish Theory is not responsible for loss of or damage to items left in the vehicle. Before service begins, we may perform a walk-around and document the vehicle's condition, including any pre-existing damage, with photos.

Photo & Marketing Release

We may photograph or record your vehicle before, during, and after service to document our work. By booking, you grant Polish Theory permission to use these images for portfolio and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. License plates and personal information are not intentionally featured. If you prefer that your vehicle not be shown, let us know and we will honor your request.

Liability

Polish Theory takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions not caused by our services.

Client must inspect the vehicle upon completion and report any concerns before departure. Polish Theory is not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, failing trim, loose emblems, damaged paint, or weakened surfaces that may be affected during normal detailing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may vary based on the condition of your vehicle.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Polish Theory and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
